I've spent hours trying to cancel an appointment I no longer need. The online portal doesn't work, the representative I spoke to failed to cancel my service and the chat bot can't find the appointment. But I'm still getting texts and emails confirming the appointment I don't need or want. I already hired a better company to fix my dishwasher. Canceling should be easy, this is ridiculous!
If I could give zero stars I would. I had to wait nearly 3 weeks for them to come out to my home to look at my locked oven. The repairman came pulled my oven out with no handtruck (aka a dolly) and tried unplugging and replugging it to fix it (as if we hadn't tried that.) As he was attempting to put it back I told him he was cracking the top of the stove and he said it was already like that to which I replied it had a crack but he was further breaking it and asked again if he needed a handtruck. A repairman, named Al, cam e and replaced a faulty ice make in our Samsung refrigerator. He was wonderful!! He was efficient, friendly, yet professional. Hope this complement gets to him. He deserves it!! Vicki
