The tech came early and took care of our problem. I didn't give him a bad score because I believe he is just doing what he is being paid for. He did fix our washer. However, I have concerns with Sears repair services. I think it is dishonest to create an astronomical price for repairs in an effort to sell home warranties to bring the price down. Sears offers a flat rate for labor when the tech was present at my home for less than an hour, and the part that needed to be replaced ended up being $50. $339 total? I was told it w... read more

Tech came out checked out unit, ordered part, tech had to come back, checked part, wrong part, was then told unit is unrepairable. Spoke with Sears and was told would be refunded in 14-21 days. 21 days later no refund. Never again will I use Sears!
