Don’t bother- especially if they’re tied in with third party insurance. Service tech came out over a week ago and the insurer still hasn’t got the claim. PS- they’ll probably respond and tell me to go complain on a Facebook link like you in their other responses. Just shows how purposely impossible they make it to get in contact with a human- no local 559 number to be found anywhere.
This place is a joke we've been waiting 2 months for our ac to get fixed. Everytime we have an appointment the technician calls off sick, or they just don't show up, or send someone to do a diagnosis when that's already been done. This has been going on since April! I feel we have been very patient and this is terrible service!
The elevator sometimes is out of order.
