This place is a joke we've been waiting 2 months for our ac to get fixed. Everytime we have an appointment the technician calls off sick, or they just don't show up, or send someone to do a diagnosis when that's already been done. This has been going on since April! I feel we have been very patient and this is terrible service!
The elevator sometimes is out of order.
Poor management and no repair available, it's sad, Sears was my favor store and customer service
