Nothing was done or fixed. A year ago we had the same issue and I utilized our home warranty with Sears to fix it. Noted there was no record of service last year so left feeling confused with a microwave that still doesn’t work.
Wonderful Sears Home service technician. Friendly helpful. explained what he was doing and why. Highly satisfied both this time and over the last few years with the service we get. Booking with an AI customer service is simple easy and works very well.
Waited all day! Came, was polite but left his mess behind. Was unable to fix coming back another time. Not happy with service
