Rawle was excellent in finding the problem with my refrigerator, bad fan In freezer no circulation to my refrigerator food went bad. Part ordered for repair on Tuesday Aug. HOPEFULLY BEFOR 5 PM AM PREFERRED ..MY NEIBOR NEEDS HER FREEZER SPACE. RAWIE WAS GOOD EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM, HE WILL TRY TO REVISIT THIS TUESDAY IN THE MORNIING TO REPLACE THE PART. ALL SERVICE WAS UNDER WARRANTY INCLUDING THE FAN REPLACEMENT.
My microwave is working fine he did an excellent job.
He was very pleasant he tried to order the parts, but the microwave was to to old. There was not much he could do.
