Our AC Has been struggling so we called Sears home services who handles our warranty to send over a technician. The technician’s name was Matthew. Matthew was prompt, thorough, and explained what he was checking on our (struggling) AC system. We went as far as answering my questions about what the tests he performed were checking. Definitely over and above. The system is working, but needs a little TLC. It is 15 years old, and the current heat is of course affecting it. Thanks Matthew, thanks Sears !

Sears messed up on ordering the parts and the previous repair man ordered the wrong part but after 10 days of not having a washer (with 2 babies) Roger made it happen!!!! He is the man!!!
