Luis was my second repairman out for my Bosch Microwave. He was thorough, thoughtful and very knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing and was very detailed. Left everything clean and tidy. I’m grateful that Luis was sent, he was a God send. He should be promoted so that he can teach others how to be a proper repair person.
