The service was good however my ac stop working in 2 days and I have to wait 2 weeks or go with another company.

NO REPAIR WAS PERFORMED. Follow up - called the number in the Sears Reply below and you don't get to talk to a human. There is a whole page on Facebook dedicated to hating Sears Home Repair and their lack of service.
