Enrique did an excellent job. He was very prompt, professional and thorough in diagnosing the problem with our refrigerator. He explained the problem to us and, since our refrigerator is quite old, the necessary part is no longer available. Our warranty company will be notified and we expect them to replace/reimburse with a new one per our contract with them.
