We have been renewing our master protection agreement, seers home service for two appliances for many years dating back to 2016, and in the last two years it’s so difficult to communicate with this 800 number the technicians do not do the job as required and I’m always bounced around to talk to a supervisor in charge for either customer, service or technicians. There’s no oversight on any of the departments. Very unsatisfied will not renew this contract ever again
