I have insurance with American Home Shield and when I requested service to fix my AC they assigned Sears Heating and Cooling. A technician came to my house told me I need new AC since my current AC is too old. He said he let AHS know. The technician never told AHS or made a detailed report on what he did. The Technician was from this location. Now Sears can't do anything and neither AHS without report from the technician. I will start with summary of my experience in few words STAY AWAY ! from Sears refrigeration home services and Kenmore product. We have purchased Kenmore Elite french door refrigerator in 2012 and after 4 years in service last year we had to replace compressor (fortunately under warranty) this year however another major repair this time condenser not covered by warranty after 5 years cost $700.
