Sealed to service has no communication and way over promised on service and repairs. My repair man seemed overworked and frustrated with the sales and sears systems.
Stay away! Worst choice I’ve ever made in home ownership. Every step was terrible, worst was the install. It cost 12k for a new drop in heat pump central air/electric furnace. Which they partially scared me into by saying since it was in attic I had to act now or everyone would refuse to install in the summer (this was late march). All duct work/electrical had been done, they were just replacing old unit. I originally scheduled a repair on the May 31st. Tech called and canceled it because he was overbooked. It was rescheduled for Monday but the tech called again and said he could not make it because he was overbooked. Appointment was rescheduled for today. I received a email and text message stating the tech was on his way. But when I checked the tracking of the tech, the appointment was canceled. I called customer service and rep reported the tech cancel the appointment because he was overbooked. I could not call to leave a ... read more
