Great experience!! Jason arrived earlier than expected, quickly identified and fixed the issue with our LG oven, thoroughly explained the cause and how to avoid it in the future. He was awesome to work with. I can’t thank him enough for all the help! Would highly recommend!!!
Matthew was great! I like that we were kept aware of his expected arrival by means of text messaging. All repairs were handled In a timely and efficient manner. My only question is, were the parts installed in my refrigerator covered by a warranty, and if so, what is the term of the warranty?
