Very courteous and efficient problems solved very quickly
They stayed in communication with us they were prompt they were efficient they did the repair we were very pleased with the repairman and we would definitely recommend them again
My fridge parts are sitting all over my kitchen. This is your companies fault NOT the technicians. Bc u provided him with ZERO assistance to order the part needed to repair it which is 1/2 parts bc it clearly needs a new compressor or fan as it sounds like an absolute tank. U think using AI as a company solves problems and they way u implement it, its absurd bc its of no help at all.
The technician acted like he didn’t want to be here and did everything he could to avoid diagnosing and fixing the problem until pushed. He actually asked why didn’t we just leave the washer door open vs using the ULTRAFRESH Vent feature on our GE Washer.
