If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. Sears AC tech (Randy S. )are scam artists. They collect money up front before they do anything. Which would be fine but he came and removed the panel and took a picture and then said he couldn’t help and said the money was non refundable due to policy.
Jon was on time, very polite and professional. He definitely did everything he could to resolve the issue. He was also friendly. Hard to find great customer service theses days , so it was pleasant to. Thx
He came to he came and looked at the unit and was very honest, and his opinion was unable to do the job because of the insurance because my part was under warranty and I had to go with the with the company the refrigerator was, but at least he was honest
I really liked him and I think he was fabulous and hope I get to see him again
