The technician was excellent. However I have to wait for a week for the appointment, which in Florida in the start of the summer is quite problematic. What was annoying was receiving a message for Sears AI indicating that there is an appointment available and you indicated that you want it and nothing happen. Days later again they send another message you said yes and nothing happens. AI also called to verify that you were ready for the appointment....after the technician already left. Clearly Sears AI system is not working.... read more
The system is still not working, It's 84 degrees in the House. It never cooled down after the technician was here.
James was very impressive. He had a great demeanor. Excellent work. He explained what he was doing and why. I would recommend him as an outstanding technician with lots of knowledge.
