Service man was very professional.
We have not received an update if the parts will be ready to install on Monday 3 23 with the tech. We can’t get this info on your AI system. Very frustrating. I am not paying for another tech.to verify Randy’s diagnosis.
Professional knowledgeable and always a great job
Tech told me one thing and said he would put it all in his notes, yet he put something totally opposite. He stated to me he would note that I continue to have the same issue due to there not being a fix for issue, yet noted everything works as it should and explained to customer on proper use. My issue is ice builds up in door ice dispenser as well as ice/frost build up on walls and shelves of freezer.
