Very professional and knowledgeable
James was great. He was attentive. He came by within the time window. I wasn’t home but he went and got in that attic! something I didn’t wanna do. He gets a 10 out of 10 for me. Sears as a Whole is very communicative. I knew what was happening. They told me when they were coming and sent plenty of reminders.
He was excellent and efficient and knew exactly what was happening and advised me
