Daniel was great, he identified the issue and advice me to contact whirlpool since the appliance was on guarantee, the problem came later, they sent me a link to pay, as soon as Daniel left I went into the phone with Whirlpool and start adding all my appliances (new construction), and set up the service took about an hour to complete that call during that hour I was getting calls to pay the bill every 5 minutes and threatening messages that if I don’t pay I was going into collections, I offered Daniel to pay as he completed ... read more

Daniel, my very professional Sears repair technician, arrived promptly. He delivered the bad news sympathetically—that my 30-year-old oven had lost its internal oven light. I declined the quoted $650+ repair. I must now decide what to do - live with the loss or buy a new oven for the same price as the repair.
Very professional and knowledgeable. The stovetop was wedged in a tough spot and he just kept at it until he figured out how it needed to be positioned until the unit came out. Not a normal installation.,
