Very professional! Diagnosed the problem and contacted AHS and I will be receiving a new microwave. Not a fan of the time frame 8-3.
He came and decided the doors were closing correctly and didn’t need to have the seals replaced because they closed for him. I am going to put food back into the freezer and fridge and hope it doesn’t happen again. I bhave already lost freezer food when I twice woke up in the morning and found the doors open in the past two weeks. He was willing to grease them but if they work ok I didn’t need that. I will watch them for the next 90 days as he said I can call back within that timeframe and he will come back at no charge. So ... read more
