Very professional and knowledgeable
A/C guy fixed partially cooling 5 ton, now it is not working at all. But, we did get a new thermostat that tells me the AC is off.
I was very pleased with my technician, Neal, as he installed my new ice maker in my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. He was very professional, friendly, and intelligent when he was working on my unit. He reminded me to discard the first batch of ice after it was made. He thoroughly cleaned up his work area when he completed his job. Thank you Sears for using someone who was very knowledgeable about installing an ice maker in my refrigerator. I am a very satisfied customer.
