Very disappointed. Not only was the washing machine still broken after he repaired it, it was actually worse after the repair. Another tech had to come out to figure out what was wrong with the machine. Also, I couldn't speak to a live person to tell them that the machine was still broken after John fixed it. You guys need to put at least one live person on customer service. Your Samantha AI isn't cutting it for anything other than making appointments.
