Very polite and accommodating! Took his time and did it right, despite it being an outdoor refrigerator and ridiculously hot! Didn’t complain about the dogs or the heat, not once!. Very pleased overall .

Unfortunately my claim with Choice Home Warranty was denied (they have denied 3 claims combined in a row on two different warranty policies), but the Sears repairman was very thorough and nice. I was pleased with the quick repair response to my claim submitted to Choice, as Sears repairman Richard arrived the very next day. This was not our first experience with Sears repair personnel and we are always very happy when we get Sears called for repair as we don't get to choose who comes.
