Sears totally dropped the ball. What an wast of a month: no air conditioning in 100°weather Our Home Warrantee contacted Sears for the repair. We waited for 1 week for Sears to arrive and more than 2 weeks for Sears to follow through on the obtaining parts under warranty. We were never contacted again. No warranty claim was ever filed.
