Used Sears to complete and AC repair. Had the unit serviced for a tune up with another AC company who provided photos and a write up of the work completed by Sears stating that Sears did not fix the problem, they just bypassed the problem and over charged our AC unit causing evidence of compressor damage and they did not feed the electrical wires through the appropriate wire hole, instead Sears incorrectly fed the wires around the outside which pinched the electrical wires.
