So I read all the reviews on this and other sites. I have a defective Craftsman device and wanted to exchange it. at store opening 11 am rather than 10 pm on the web, I shook hand with Yerno Lazarte the GM and told them about my visit. He sent me to the lower floor and said see so so. I did. Only to find out that so and so was off that day and there was no one around till 20 minutes later.
