They never showed up and then said "customer was not home" and there is no way to reach a human. Like, I've trieds four different phone numbers and it's all AI
Worst customer service I have ever received. Technician did not show up at the scheduled time, no notice given. Spent hours on the phone trying to speak to someone. Would give them 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs

Sears Home Services was contacted on November 1, 2023 to repair our GE refrigerator. They took over $1200 for the parts and service fee necessary for the repair. Since then, even after we received the parts, they have cancelled or rescheduled multiple appointments, each time pushing our service back by several weeks. It is extremely difficult to reach an actual human being and despite several attempts to communicate with them, they remain uncaring and unresponsive. I waited from 8:00am until 8:30pm and they finally called to say they aren't coming. They rescheduled for 3 weeks later.
