Two weeks ago I accidentally backed into my garage door. I called Sears Garage Solutions and they sent a person out to me that day. First of all, the technician, Dan, was extremely professional and helpful. He quoted me a repair price and a new door price. I chose the new door. Today he came out and installed my new door. It works perfect and the quality is super. I would highly recommend them for any garage door problems you may have. Thank you Sears Garage Solutions for your help!

1) They called before arriving to confirm someone was home. 2) They arrived within the scheduled window. 3) The work was completed in a timely manner. 4) The coupon pricing was honored with no fuss/complaint or grumbling. Exactly what I wanted done was done. So far it is working well. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a five star review is the work has only been completed less than one week. The longevity of the product is untested. Overall, I would recommend their service.
