They estimated time to arrive as between 4-6 on a Saturday. They called around 2:30 to say they could come earlier. David Stephens arrived and identified himself with his card which was very nice. He quickly identified the problem and gave us various options and price points. We selected to have a new garage opener installed. David was fast and thorough. Shelly was wonderful in quickly setting up a time (within 30 minutes) to fix my garage door. Professional and pleasant. Dave showed up on time, identified the problem quickly, was very knowledgeable and advised me on things to look for in the future. The repair was completed on the spot, he had all the items with him. He fixed aditional parts if the garage door at no cost. Terrific service!
