Bad experience. Installation was 5 weeks after promise date. I'm still waiting for a refund of the charges for work they didn't do.
I have been working with the Sears Garage Doors office in Warrenton Mo. They have owed and promised a refund of $600 for several months and keep coming up with excuses like they forgot, or thought it was mailed. Every time they say they will bring it by they were no shows. John Robinson is well aware that he owes it but refuses to respond or mail the check. We noticed some noise from the door right after the installation and called them back for a check. My wife made very clear that we were not responsible for follow up service charge before they sent over technician guy, but we still ended up being charged $69 for a 10 minute check and some WD-40, I was there and did not know all the details so I still paid the technician. Money is not the issue, but when my wife called back to get some clarification on the charge, she got yelled at and hung up by the rude owner John Robinson ... read more
Sears Garage Doors has NOT been at this location for well over 10 years. I have been living at this location for over 6. It WAS located in the Moser's grocery store area. AND has since closed down. DO NOT believe all you read.
