Do not do business with this company! They are not affiliated with Sears, charged me $900 labor for one hour of labor, and charged me for a 3/4 HP garage door opener but only installed a 1/2 HP garage door opener.
Requested Sears garage solutions come out to do an estimate on a garage door repair, instead of sending out a repair technician they sent out a sales consultant, who proceeded to tell me that my current garage door opener was too old and that I need to purchase a new one. I stated that I was interested in getting it repaired, at which point the consultant stated that there was no point in repairing it, because this would only fix one problem, and with the age of the door opener another problem would be soon to follow.
