Yikes. ...i gave them a 5 star a couple of months back n took them up on replacement weather seal offer. Different tech was "painful" experience n couldn't eait for him to leave. They don't answerer their phone now...think they folded. If it days Sears run away...fast.
The people were very professional and informative as they installed the garage doors. The doors are still functioning very well and I would recommend using their products and services.
Tech replaced rollers n adjusted door and operator....never operated so smooothly! They know their stuff.
