I had used Sears Garage Door repair to replace the wires leading to my sensors. Their tech was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately shortly after that a car hit my garage door and the entire thing needed to be replaced. I recalled how professional and prompt they had been the first time. so I called Sears Garage Door. They exceeded my expectations. Prompt, professional, and great pricing.
Our keyless pad was not working. Sears sent Dylan Lloyd within the week...on a Saturday at our convenience. He was on time and polite. In addition to fixing the keypad, he did a 20 point inspection, recommended new rollers. Everything is working better. Good job.
