Had a roof done a year 1/2 ago Had 4 different contractors redo my roof and still isn't right and Sears wont Honor their warranty... I live in Fort Myers Florida where it rains every day.. I'm receiving water damage to my home my warranty claim has been open for over 220 days With no Resolution... I call every 3 days with no answers no replies no returned phone calls.. If a barrage door is what you need. Sears does a a1st class job on new mechanical parts and repair work.They did a excellent job on a new install on the Garage Door Spring Assembly. Fine job done. I am very happy with the work Sears has done for me.
