THESE PEOPLE ARE AMAZING. Especially Steve H. For one thing, someone answers promptly when you call them. They do what they say they will do, every time. In every case my appointment was made for the same day or the next (none of this "we might get to you next week" business). My extended family has had to use them 4 times in 3 years, and every time I am 1000% satisfied. All 3 times they have sent out the top-notch guy in the area, Steve H. This man is my hero. Called several times over the course of several days and no one ever answers the phone. It always goes to voicemail and I've left vm twice and no one ever calls back. Not sure if they're even open.
technician was very nice and explained what I needed done before starting. The work was done neatly and in a timely manner. Can't tell original install from the repair. Good job!
Fantastic job by the Sears Garage Solutions handyman, Justin Vallejo. He properly and efficiently replaced broken springs with brand new parts and recalibrated the whole garage door lift system and lubricated all hinges and rollers. This is my 2nd time to use their services. I recommend this company and Justin for such services. This spring replacement work was done on: 2/22/2023.
