Very happy with the service and the rep. We had a code box installed along with servicing the garage door. Everything works great and I won't get locked out of the house or at least the garage ever again!

Sears Garage Door Technician Chris came out to service my garage door. He was very professional, made adjustments, being sure it's working properly and explained what was done. I received excellent service and would request him for any future services. My garage door sounds good and working better.
Chris contacted me and asked if he could come earlier than my appointment. He showed up promptly at the new time agreed upon. He did an outstanding job and was pleasant and polite. He showed me how to work the door and answered all my questions thoroughly. I am very satisfied with the service and would recommend Sears and Chris to anyone needing a new door or motor.
Chris from Sears showed up on time and went straight to work. He was friendly, courteous, pleasant and professional. Not only did he tune up the door but added a few items I had left over when I installed opener. When this motor sees its final day I'll certainly call Sears and ask for Chris.
