Chris Dollar arrived on time and even called about 20 minutes prior to his arrival to let me know he was on his way. He was very knowledgeable and described the type of garage door and components that I have and indicated the various points of service that he would perform. After the service he went over everything he did with me and the door is quiet and like new. Paul T. installed my garage doors on Jan 26 and 27th. My house is 75 years old with concrete ceilings and walls. We had a slightly rocky start but then paul dug in and did a fantastic job. I am very pleased with the installation and if I were to repeat the process I would specifically ask for him again.
Paul arrived today to fix my garage opener He went above and beyond he not only fixed my problem but he went a step further and adjusted the door. He also moved the indoor device to make it more convient for me. If you have a problem with your garage opener I suggest you call Sears and ask for Paul T
Chris Dollar was very informative and helpful with letting mr know what would help garage door to operate properly. I am very happy with my new garage door opener installation. It's so quite you can hear rolling down.
