Everyone there is top notch.
I wouldn't buy parts from here. When I called back about parts I purchased Garrett had no idea of how the warranty worked and said he would have to think on it and get back to me. I waited and no call, I called back and he told me they only have an exchange on them. So basically bring the old one in while the car is at the garage (90km round trip) and get the new parts and then go back to get them put on. Was a complete waste of money, rotors and pads didn't even last a year!
Exceptional customer service. We had the transmission go in truck while towing a trailer. Had transmission replaced next day and gave us a vehicle to get through the night. Saved our family vacation this summer and Garrett was great to deal with.
