With three indoor pets the ducts were gummed up with fur and dander. The crew removed visible clumps from the main trunk and cleaned each vent. Hair and dust on surfaces has dropped, and the house smells fresher. They also recommended a thicker filter and monthly checks good practical advice.
Thomas showed up on time and got right to work. Our dryer vent was completely clogged. He cleaned it out and even pulled a sock that had somehow gotten stuck in the duct! He did a thorough air duct cleaning and added UV light to reduce allergens. Mold treatment was necessary in one vent and the results were immediate. He did blower and coil cleaning too. I really appreciated how he walked me through the whole process.
The cleaning team was professional from start to finish. They used protective gear, showed us the condition of the ducts, and explained what they were doing. They cleaned the blower fan, coils, and furnace while sanitizing every vent. The system runs quietly now, and there’s a noticeable improvement in the air quality.
