The cleaning team was professional from start to finish. They used protective gear, showed us the condition of the ducts, and explained what they were doing. They cleaned the blower fan, coils, and furnace while sanitizing every vent. The system runs quietly now, and there’s a noticeable improvement in the air quality.
Was on time. Very professional and friendly. Did a great job. Was very helpful answering any questions I had. Thanks for the great customer service and great job cleaning the carpets.
Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care crew was great! I was texted 30 minutes before they arrived. Equipment was sanitized before and after work was done. I had entire house vent and dryer vent cleaned. They did a great job! Thank you! Recommended.
I can't recommend this company highly enough. Professional, prompt, and thorough! Duct cleaning is one of those things you don't think about, right? Even if you're a little OCD with cleaning, like me. But, you need it. You need it, like, yesterday, and Sears Carpet & Upholstery Care is your company to do it! I will definitely be hiring them again (and again, since this grossness happens every year).
