There out if business
Sears came out and cleaned my 4 year old carpeting in my new house. The technicians were friendly and efficient. However, they continually pressed a fiber sealer and deodorizer package that I did get. A day later my carpet began turning green. They came back out and tried to fix it but could not. Management refuses to offer any solutions or make it right. They are continuously trying to redirect blame. I would steer clear of Sears carpet cleaning.
