RecommendedCustomer service is awesome, technicians are polite and professional, I use them every year for my carpets and they always do an amazing job.
We had Sears come to clean 2 carpets. He was finished in less than 45 minutes. The carpet is dirtier now than it was before it was cleaned. I have called 4 times in the past 4 days with no return phone call. I realize our carpet is old but I do believe it should be cleaner now than before he started not dirtier. This happened 2 years ago(it was the same technician) but they sent someone else right out who did an amazing job. We will not be using Sears in Hainesport again.
They are The worst customer service lying on prices please record any agreement that you have with them you know what scratch that don’t do service with them they will find away to take more money that was agreed on.
RecommendedWillo P did an excellent job on cleaning our tile and grout. He came on time, wearing mask, gloves and foot coverings. He cleaned up afterwards. He is a very pleasant person and we were very satisfied with his work. A Perfect Five. Will definitely use this service again

RecommendedJoseph l who serviced my dryer was excellent and did a remarkable job on cleaning the vent on my dryer. I was amazed how plugged up my vent was and how I need to have it cleaned at least every year. If not I could have a fire in my home . The air duct "special" was designed to cost me a $149 inspection fee while the technicians tried to sell me $800 worth of "necessary" work! They said if I didn't do all add ons, they couldn't guarantee the work, which felt like they'd skimp or do a poor job on cleaning since they were avoiding the guarantee. Office staff called multiple times before the appointment to review the scope and time but none mentioned the "necessary" add ons, so this just felt like one big scam, almost tripling what I expected to pay.
