Mr brown did a great job on my carpet I really appreciate it and will use sears service in the future
LaQuan Brown was our carpet cleaner today he was awesome he sprayed our carpets and detailed every room especially my Nine years old boys room he did a great job today….. I will be using sears again when the winter gets here to keep our carpets clean
We had a gentleman named Mr Brown come to my home he was extremely professional courteous and very knowledgeable I am extremely grateful and love sears cleaning he was awesome and I will request him the next time I need my carpet cleaned
scheduled an appointment for aug 29. on took a day off for the carpet cleaning. i called them the day of asking what time they’ll come today. because the window was 9-12. i called them multiple times and took them over an hour for them to call back. the representative was extremely rude. never ended up making an actual appointment because the customer service was horrible.
