they only had one room to do and the missed areas of carpet completely. Had to call them back in before they left to clean behind something that they said they would, and I noticed after they left that they did not even clean behind an open door. pretty poor service. I called the office and of course the manager wasn't there and they said he would call me back on Monday and no one called... they are lucky I paid them in cash because I would have canceled the payment otherwise Sears is doing a disservice to their customers by... read more
