Had ducts in Mobil home cleaned today great job. Steve was very professional and pleasant.
Worst customer service ever! If you actually expect service to be done, go somewhere else. Whenever you call (even in the middle of the day on a weekday), you get the call center and they never call back. After I finally got scheduled, the guy called saying he was running late and never showed up or called back. I called to reschedule since they didnt and they still never called back or apologized. Save yourself time and annoyance and get the work done elsewhere.
I live in a condo and had them clean my carpets, ductwork, and dryer vent. A few weeks later I was outside and looked inside my dryer vent and noticed that it was 2/3 clogged. It looked like an extreme fire hazard. It is possible that they cleaned the wrong vent, since my neighbors vent is right next to mine. I called them and left numerous messages with no response. I just gave up, and booked someone else, since it is very dangerous to operate in this condition. Use someone else!!
Tech was very professional but the office is horrible and the service itself was useless. We had to call 4 times to get a manager to call us back . When they came out the first time to clean the next day the smell was still there and all the stains had looked like nothing had ever been done. They came back a second time and still the next day it looked like nothing was done. Still waiting 3 days later for the office to call back.. Do not use them.
The woman who does the scheduling is abrasive and nasty....unreliable scheduling.
