PLEASE SHARE! NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! I had a carpet cleaning service done at my home where the technician left the water in the backyard on for over a week. I returned home with a flooded backyard, extra moisture in my finished basement and a $700 water bill. I called the local office and no response. I got my couch cleaned yesterday and will never use this company again. The quote that they originally gave me when I booked my cleaning was incorrect upon them arriving at my house. They said protection or deodorizing were included I got to pick which one I preferred. That was a lie. They left my floor soaked and also lectured me on how I should go to Ollie's and get a couch cover so my dog wont get hair on the couch; to top it all off they left black grease stains on my couch as well.
