Poor service and communication. Multiple calls and no return call. Very disappointed. Expect better from Sears.

They were 3 hours late and I had to call them, they never called me about the delays. Then they came and said they couldn't get out "traffic stains" without another $200.00 in "special cleaning". What!!!! If you have a hallway you will always have traffic, that's the purpose of a a hallway. How can you not have traffic stains in your house. Don't go to them. Still waiting for someone from Sears to call me back. I won't hold my breath.
My nephew works at Sears and they do an excellent job with all he's involved with. Great company!
Sears offers the most amazing services. I called around to several other companies and all of them had hidden fees. I appreciated the honesty with all the pricing and services. They made sure I understood all of the processes especially with the airduct cleaning. From start to finish they made it so simple for me. When the cleaning the ducts please clean the carpet as well, the back up from the ducts does affect carpet and your breathing... I was educated on that as well... I will continue to recommend Sears!!!
