I would give zero stars if I could! Was suppose to come in the afternoon. I called several times to confirm as it was getting later and later. Finally at 5:45pm, I was told he was still at the other job and would not make it to my home. The phone rep was RUDE and very unprofessional! I rescheduled for the following day and they never even showed up although I received a confirmation email of each appointment. Dobt waste you money or your TIME on Sears!
I didn't like the way this guy clean the carpet I pay 144$and there is still black spots in the carpet and he went outside for like half hour and he said he spent 1 hour 1/2 cleaning really bad service
They never showed up booked them 3times very poor customer service.
Horrible job. That's all I have to say my carpets we're soaked and dirt came right back when dryied..
Mr. Lee was very helpful when I wanted to know when he would be here, and called again to let me know he would be about 15 minutes later. Mr. Lee and Mr. Cruise were professional, did not track dirt, courteous, and did a good job. I am glad someone finally came as Sears stood me up for 3 times.
