We have been trying to contact the manager of the branch closest to Brighton Michigan since Thursday, September 1st. We are told his name was Dave. We had sears out to clean our carpets in our finished walk out basement on Tuesday morning, August 30th. There was a piece of equipment missing and the technician said he had to replace it and would be right back. Fast forward 3 hours, he called and was 45 minutes away.
