The took 3.5 hrs to take summer tires on the rim and replace with winter tires. Kenosha tire did it in 30. Not to mention this happened during the entire packer game. Worse shop I've ever been too and this isn't the first problem. If you smart you will go anywhere else cause this place just sucks!
My family has always been sears customers. Tools, tractors, tires, electronics, you name it. So when i noticed that my parents blazer had very irregularly worn tires on the front i told them to go to sears and get some new tires and an alignment done, so they did. Great, new tires...until I noticed THEY PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRES ON THE CAR. Then I looked at the receipt and it said the alignment was checked and within factory spec.
