I was a Sears customer for 10 years - keyword: was. I went to this sears auto location to get some tires changed, and decided to get an inspection while I was there. The tech didn't know what projector headlights were, so failed my inspection. I tried to explain to them that my headlights put out more lumens than stock headlights, but it was pointless. No customer loyalty. No good customer service. Good bye Sears.
Hi. We made an 11 am appointment for an oil change, arrived at 10:45. The gentleman said it would be about an hour, maybe an hour and a half. No problem. We go shop in the mall, have some lunch. Arrive back to the auto center around 12:45. My husband asks the gentleman about how much longer. He says , let me check.
