checked in at 1:20 to get a tire patched waited until 5:00 after being told they could get to it only to be told they couldn't after waiting almost 4 hours wasted half a day and still have to take somewhere that will fix it probably wait another hour or so total waste of time this place save yourself some time go to a real mechanics shop to start with
no I don't recommend this place ,waited 4 hours to get tire patched only them to to tell us at 5:00 they wasn't going to fix it , after we checked in at the service department at 2:30 ,,& only 2 cars in front of us .

My car battery died and I was left stranded at a gas station on a Saturday night. Fortunately Sears was close by. I was able to purchase a small Craftsman socket set priced at $69.00. i happened to get it on sale for $17.00. it provided me with what i needed to address the emergency i had ongoing at the time. as it turned out my problem was a dead battery.. i was able to exchange my dead Motorcraft battery for a DieHard Gold battery when Sears reopened at noon on Sunday. yes i would recommend this store to others.
Always quick, easy and very reasonable on price! Convienient hours too....While they're working on your vehicle, simply shop or go eat in the food court! Will keep coming back.

I am trying to get in touch with someone regarding charges on some tire work that should have been covered by road hazard warranty. I have sent a message on FB but have yet to receive a response. We needed a tire replaced because of a nail and had purchased the road hazard warranty when we bought the tires a couple of months ago. The person handling the work order seemed clueless when my husband mentioned the warranty. She adjusted the pricing with points my husband had accumulated on his account but he was still charged in ... read more
I remember my first job.......but I hope I was never that disrespectful of a customer's time. I also understand it was the end of the day but I shouldn't have had to stop at Auto Zone on the way home to clean the corrosion off the battery! I thought that was why they installed it, not ME!
