Everytime I bring my vehicle here I make sure that there are no other options! They are so slow! Came for an oil change because pep boys was booked. They said it will be less than an hour and I'm STILL here 2 hours later!!!! Never again!
On Feb 7, my dodge caravan was serviced at the Washington Sears automotive center. The car was aligned and 3 of the 4 wheels were removed and balanced. On March 6, after 500 miles of driving the left front wheel almost fell off due to improperly tightened lug nuts while on a long distance trip to Harrisburg PA.
