They need a whole new overhaul in this place the mechanics are not mechanics 2 plus hours to fix a flat with road hazard warranty I will be on phone with corporate offices. Made appointments for tires for both cars on separate weekends. Staffer told me they were slow today and suggested doing both cars today since all the tires had come in. Saved us next Saturday afternoon.
I appreciate honest people, even if it means you send a customer somewhere else. I will be back for auto service in the future!
Had a9 o'clock appointment was not even acknowledged until 9:30 I was told that I would have to wait until 11 what's the point of making an appointment when they can't even get you in on time very disappointed with Sears on Sudley Road Manassas Virginia
