My mother was told she needed new tires at a local tire shop in December 2016. I looked at them "no, I think you're okay for a while." Fast-forward to July 2017 she took her car to Sears Automotive (7 months later) to see how the tires were doing... Sears said: "ma'am, I'd love to sell you some tires but you don't need any." Integrity. Thank You Sears Automotive for your truth and honesty, to your customers and my mother. #shopsears
Good work TOO EXPENSIVE
Don't waste your time going to this location. There was one car in the place and I have a nail in my brand new tire that I purchased at sears. I was told I could go to any sears for any problem. They close in a little over an hour and the kid told me they couldn't fit me in today. Seriously don't waste your time.
