I took my BMW to Sears East Towne in Madison, WI on 1/10/19 to get an alignment I had scheduled the day before. I was the second one in that day, at 7AM. They did all sorts of "Courstesy Checks" to find out what was wrong with my car, but when they finally got around to doing the alignment, they told me they couldn't do it and that I had to take my car to the BMW dealer because special tools were needed. My car was shaking really badly yesterday on the interstate and I stopped at this sears to get things checked. They got me in right away and it turned out to just be a build up of ice from all the recent snow. They removed the ice for me and got me back on the road really quickly and the problem was gone. They explained everything and were very professional. I would recommend this place to anyone
Has an issue but they corrected it and showed me that they do as they say. Will get work done again.
Had an appointment at 5pm to install 4 new tires, they didnt seem to know what they were doing they tried to balance one tire 4 times before the manager went and did it . The shop was so dirty and messy they literally tripped over stuff twice and the tires were finaly on at about 715 .........2 hours to install 4 tires with no tpms .......come on worst 100 bucks i ever spent
Not a car on the place and I saw 2 techs standing around with there hands in there pockets and they refused to do an oil change on my car. Will not ever spend another dollar at Sears!
