Do not have your vehicle serviced at this Sears Auto Center! Went in on March 31st for a simple tire set purchase and brake job. Have spent 5 trips and over 13 hours at the service center to correct problems from the inital jobs. The brakes drums/shoes were grinding immedialy after purchase. Then problems with the "balancing" on the brand new Goodyear Assurance Comfortread Touring tires. Don't ever take your car here. I went for a routine oil change and my car started misfiring 3 miles down the road. I had a mechanic from another place tell me they filled the oil too high. A spark plug had gone bad and went out, so I turned the car around and went back to them to fix it. They could not because they didn't have the proper tools, but were able to get the old spark plug out.
