Sears Auto used to be pretty good, honest, pretty good service, pretty good prices. That was then; things have changed. I suspect there’s a new manager. There sure is a new policy. One of the major reasons we went to Sears, especially for tires and related items, was an experience I had a couple of years ago. Needed new tire for my Impala. Called around and found sears had a good deal running on some sumitomo tires buy 3 get fourth free. I called back and had them reserve the tires for me so theat they would be there on my day off. I came in about mid morning. it was a week day and they weren't too busy. They pull my car in and put it on the rack.about 40 minutes later they proceed to dismantle the tires.
