This is the worst Sears for customer service I have been to. I have been going to Sears for over 10 years now. Being in the military I have been to the Sears in many places: Tampa, FL; Manhattan, Ks; numerous centers in the D.C./MD/VA area and Columbia, SC. The worst example of costumer service happened in May 2014 when I took my vehicle there for a service, They could not do what I wanted.
