The employees at the front need to be more friendlier and give you more advice and options. I understand that Sears is going through a very tough time. But these employees should appreciate the customers that still come through the door. Other then the bad first impression the service department is great. The service department deserves four stars.
Some moron on the phone told me they would mount my used tires, and I get there and they refuse service. Thanks for wasting my time.
