2nd visit) So I brought my truck back to sears for an oil change and see if they could tell what the noise was coming from my engine compartment. They did the oil change and discovered what the noise was (bad a/c pump). I asked if they could put a belt to eliminate the a/c? Don said they could do that. I went to pick my truck up later that evening. When i got there Don informed me they received the wrong belt. Had brakes, rotors, and calipers done. After I got it back a few days had passed and I told my husband that the rear end was shaking. He then did a little investigating and finds 1 lug nut is broken off and missing while another is stripped and does not completely tighten. Now we just bought this van a few weeks ago so it may not of been there fault as to why it was stripped out or broken. This place is pathetic..my girlfriend called to get a oil changed scheduled and they were supposed to call back three different times never did. Went in for oil change and tire rotation. One of my tires has a scuff. They never rotated my tires. Aslo, my battery is fine my car thankfully tells me that. Dont trust Sears if they say you need a new battery or want a simple tire rotation.
